arlo application on my new phone can’t find alro base

If you’re using the arlo mobile app to add devices make sure the mobile is connected to the local wifi and not cellular.
Also try using a website browser on a pc connected to the local network router to access the my.arlo.com login.
confirm back if this is a new installation or other. You need to have removed the device from your account before you can add it back again. You may require the base to be factory reset first.

Did you remove the base (and cameras) from your account? Or are you just switching to a new phone?
If just switching, then try logging into my.arlo.com on a PC. Two-factor authentication will likely time out - when that happens, select "another verification method", and then choose email. See if the cameras are showing up there.
