HELP! I cancelled my Arlo subscription December 2022. I NO LONGER USE ARLO!

I am unable to get any customer support assistance from Arlo. I discontinued use of Arlo security cameras December 2022 and stopped monthly subscription. It was just brought to my attention, that Arlo has continued to bill me 13 months for services I cancelled! Customer support chat is useless, they are telling me I have active account. I know that I do not have any active services since I cancelled them. No phone support, what am I supposed to do? Accept that I continually get billed $17.99 a month for a service I do not have? I am reaching out to American Express next for their assistance. This is so WRONG Arlo!!!
