Can't deactivate siren after motion triggered - No Siren banner

Hi,

Can someone please tell me how you are meant to be able to turn off the siren in the app for the Arlo Pro 2 base station in the iOS app?

When my siren is going off and I open the app there is no indication it is going off. The only way to turn it off (apart from the physical button on the base station) is to activate the siren manually in the app and then turn it off, even though it is already going off.

There used to be a banner in the app that popped up when the siren was going off, but doesn't seem to pop up anymore.

I set my alarm off by mistake today and found that this issue is still not fixed. The siren banner is still not appearing and other users are still finding the same.

Can Arlo please try and fix this basic issue, its crazy it has gone on for so long.

And I will save time on the usual questions Arlo support ask for weeks.

Yes I have the latest version of the app updated on my phone

Yes I am running the latest version of iOS

Yes I have restarted the base station

Yes I have signed in/out of the app on my phone

Yes I have deleted and reinstalled the app on my phone

Yes I have tested the app on another device

Yes I have confirmed with another Arlo user that the issue is present for them as well

It's been another month and a half. Are you able to provide any updates? This shouldn't take years to get fixed.
