Every time I try to register my new Arlo Pro 2 on the Netgear site it says product not found ?
I’m sure the serial is correct.
what am I doing wrong it’s a new system?

You don't need to register the Arlo Product on Netgear.com. Once you go through the setup and create an account on Arlo.com with your product it is registered to what ever email address you used. Arlo and Netgear are separate identities now.
NETGEAR and ARLO Accounts are now separate
