I've had the Arlo Pro 2 now for about 4-5 months. I've been able to use their app on my Samsung Note and older IPAD. I recently switched to the new IPad Pro. Bad move. The ARLO app DOES NOT WORK with the new Ipad Pro (yes, i've deleted it, updated and checked for newest version of your software).
I've repeatedly asked Arlo for help via twitter. They keep telling me to search here and find my answer. They appear to have no phone support. The only source for help is on this blog posting. Weird.
Ok, I'm here reposting old posts stating the same thing. I'm giving 24 hrs for a cure or I call AMEX and reverse all netgear/Alro related charges.

Not sure this will help, but I'm running my iPad is on 12.1.1 and the Arlo app is 2.70, and these work fine for me and this even allows me to login with FaceID
