Can I retrieve videos from cloud from dec 24? Have basic plan

I have Arlo pro 2 cameras need video from dec 24 have basic plan. Can I retreive videos from cloud?

The basic answer is no. You should manually download any videos you think are important.

If you have enabled USB backup and have a USB drive attached, there is a good chance those videos are on the USB drive.

Your other maybe, and it's just a maybe, is upgrading your subscription to the Premier account with 30 days of storage. You may possibly find you can access videos from the 24th... but obviously you'll need to do this in the next day or two if you want to try it
