Can the Arlo Pro2 cameras be damaged by someone repeatedly shining a high powered flashlight directly at the camera at close range?

What kind of damage would there be?  Other than moving the camera, what can we do to protect it from the neighborhood wingnut?

I'd guess that depends on how powerful and concentrated the light is. I don't know that anyone has tested this, including Arlo, but no one has complained that I know of. I'd think a laser pointer would be a more likely culprit since the light is much more concentrated.

Do you think it is possible that you’re getting insects attracted to the night LEDs of the camera as these can mimic a flashing light.
