I have Arlo Pro 2 and it uses well with my iPhone 8+, but it seems not work with my new iPhone 11 pro. What is root cause? Do I need to update Arlo FW or SW? Thanks.

Can you provide a little more detail regarding the issue you are experiencing? What feature is not working?

I am unable to change the network in my light bridge on the 11 pro, it seems the app is unable to determine that blue tooth is enabled. It keeps directing me to settings to enable it even though it’s on and able to pair with other devices.

Have you checked under your phones settings, go to settings, go to Arlo app and insure Bluetooth is turned on.
