Hi,
Noticed cameras are off line it says firmware update available, every-time i try to update it just flicks back to “update available” message. Could someone please help?

I have the same problem. And the base station is in another country, so plugging out and in the power line is not an option...

Hi Burnzy303 and Stevestern,
You can try restarting your Base Station to see if that helps by going to Settings > My Devices > Choose your Arlo Base Station > Scroll down and tap on "Restart".

Hi Jessica, my base station eventually upgraded by itself, so all is well now!
