Camera only shows black & white and does not record movement unless object is within a few feet

Camera shows only black and white video. Even live, in broad daylight. It also records no movement unless the object is within a few feet.

Try to clean the camera lens and sensor to see if that helps. Otherwise, try to remove the battery off from your Arlo camera completely and re-insert them back in.

That did not work. I am also now encountering a new problem. Both my outdoor cameras are connected to a solar panel. Both have worked fine for over a year. Now one camera gives me the message, Power source not compatable, and the camera battery drains in a matter of days.
