Camera offline. Tried with different batteries but still showing offline.

I have a camera the only stays offline. It used to work, but the batterie died and it only shows offline now. I have put different batteries in it and have plugged it in but it will not work. Is there a fix for this?

Does the camera LED flash blue when inserting the battery or connecting AC power? You may want to use the Contact Support link at the bottom here for a hardware issue.
