Camera message "AC has been disconnected"

my camera is hooked to AC power but I am getting a notice that AC power has been disconnected to camera. It show the battery at 17% yet we have checked and it is getting power. Any ideas? We need to have this working ASAP as we have a problem with vandals

Is it possible that the charger isn't delivering enough current?  Do you have another charger you could try?

I had that problem with my Arlo Pro 2 I had to change the power cord and battery and that fixed it.
