So 2 of my cameras do not want to stay charged. I charge the batteries. Put it in the camera. Gives me a blue light then goes away. When I log in to the app it keeps telling me “ charge battery”. Any ideas?
Thank you!

Rebooting the base frequently helps.

I just completely turned it off and on. And both cameras still won’t work. I may need to just buy new ones?

@TomMac @jguerdat At Best Buy I bought a dual Arlo battery charger.
Instead of using the cable that it came with.
This one charges 2 batteries at once.

If you are using the Arlo charge tube ( with supplied ac adapter ) and they aren't hoeing a charge, it very well be the batteries ...

tho I would fine it funny that more than one would go bad at the same time.

About how many times have they been charged?.... Some of mine are over 20x.

if less than a yr, they may be covered by arlo warranty, go thru support
