Have you tried rebooting the base? How about rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app as well as trying the web client to see if there are differences?

yea i had no luck. it works on all devices except my ipad pro

Then it's an iPad Pro/OS/app issue. You can use the Contact Support link at the bottom here to raise the issue but you may also want to contact Apple about this.
