I am setting up my Arlo Pro 2, I have connected the base station to our internet (Ethernet cable on internet box is orange) however on the base station I have 2 green and 1 orange light. I have clicked ‘add new device’ however my phone keeps saying No Arlo Devices found. I have reset numerous times, got a new Ethernet cable and tried a new base station however my phone keeps saying to check the connection. I am with Telstra 5GB has this happened to anyone?

Yes there have been numerous posts from customers reporting the same issue.
Arlo seems to be ignoring their issue to date.
One customer reported that he had to get a newer base model 4540 to get a base installed but still was unable to get the 4000 working.

The only other issue is that the app needs to be connected to the local network router that the base is plugged into for the app to find the base.
The mobile device needs to connect to the local wifi or the pc needs to connect to the local router if using the arlo web portal my.arlo.com.
