My base is not discoverable when trying to connect to HomeKit. I was once connected but after moving it’s been having issues reconnecting. I tried to resetting the base and attempt to reconnect and cannot. I’ve read others having this same issue and JamesC would send them a token reset to the base and it would solve the issue. I have opened a claim ticket but no response, how do I get a token reset for my base?

My arlo pro 2 cameras stop working with my homekit, could you please send me a new token to see if that help to solve the issue

I was able to reset and reconnect my base/cameras to HomeKit again

Hello,

 

I added 3 more PRO 3 cameras and replaced the old PRO 2 bridge by the SmartHub that came with the cameras and now I cannot discover any of my cameras in the homekit

Let me try and reset your token one more time. if this does not resolve the issue, you may need to factory reset your base station.

Hello,

 

I tried with the token reset and rebooting the Hub and did not work, so as recommended by you, I did a factory rest of the hub and reconfigure all the cameras and still does not work and homekit keeps looking for devices and nothing is found

Can you try the Bonjour Browser for Windows or Mac or this App (DNS-SD Browser) for iPhone, I provided a Link Here so you can see what the app looks like to help locate on the app store. This will help isolate to see if the discovery of your devices is working in general.
