Arlo pro 2 safety

Hallo, we use Arlo Pro 2 (not kids Arlo) cameras mainly inside/indoor to check kids, in kids rooms when they sleep, so the cameras are directed to the beds. At night and day. Since these kameras use night vision there is a question: are these cameras dangerous for kids eyes or body in any way? at which closest distance they can be located from the human eye/body?

The night vision uses 850nm IR, it;s not really harmful unless in excess which is rare...... tho I wouldn't put my eye right up against the camera as they can be bright like other visible light. ( they glow slighty red ).

Normal camera usage would be fine... most cameras will be about 6+ft away if you are covering a room area anyway.
