So I have a base station plugging into a ethernet port at the place I work and there were no problems for 3 weeks.
Then this week the cameras are down and the base station if flashing amber. Tried everything... Reset basestation. Checked connections. Ect
So I test it out on a home network and worked perfect. Took it back the the work environment and won't connect.
It worked perfectly for 3 weeks. IT says they didn't block anything.
Any ideas on what could be causing it

What base station do you have?
Did you try connecting the ethernet cable to a PC instead of the base, and confirm that you are able to reach the internet using it?
You might also ask IT if they are using any DNS filtering, DoH, or DoT.
