We recently got a new router. I’m trying to get my Arlo system back online, but am having a few problems. I’m connected via LAN. THE LED is solid blue, and it’s recognized in the app. However, the app shows it offline, and I’m unable to connect cameras.

While it shouldn't be needed, try rebooting your router and hub in that order. Also reboot your phone to see if that makes a difference and check the web client (my.arlo.com) to see if there's a difference.
