Arlo pro2 7 day cloud

I have had the Arlo pro 2 for several years with 7 day grandfathered cloud recording. I moved and reset the unit up,  after 6 months of inactivity ,at my new location with my new email address  and the recordings are not kept for 7 days now- only the one day. How can I rectify this? Everytrhing works fine except for the 7 days. As an fyi, I only have 5 cameras total, of which I am only using 2.

Any help would be appreciated.

Since it works at my.arlo.com have you removed the app and reinstall it on the phone?
