I lost my Android arlo app from my phone, I tried to log into my account from my desktop and I'm able to log in but I get "this device is not recognized" and then get "a signal was sent to Cam 1" but I have all 5 cameras on the desktop but nothing is happening with any of them.I also tried to re-download the Arlo app to my android phone, the app didn't work so I uninstalled the phone app. I had initially re-labled each camera as to their location and added a sticker to each camera? I Also tried to re-set the base station button in hopes to re-boot/ re apply my cameras with no luck. Any ideas how to proceed?

Sorry but this is a rather confusing post. Yes, the web client needs to send a text to your phone with a code to be entered - are you getting that text? Have you changed phone numbers? Have you checked your phone number in Settings, Profile, Two-step Verification? You can also use email if that works better.
Why can't you use the app on your phone? What problem(s) are you having with the app? What phone and OS version?
