In the last week or so, I've been unable to hear the audio on my cameras. The audio emoji on the app screen has an "x" next to it, as if it's been muted. When I click on it, to enable the audio feed, it doesn't repond. This camera is located in an assisted living facility and is my only way to monitor an elderly relative. Accessing the audio is extremely urgent.

Verify that the audio is toggled on in the cameras settings...

Then if so, try and access the audio from a computer browser at   my.arlo.com

( this will see if it is the camera or app )

PS... what device are you using and what OS??

Using iOS 14.8, and all settings are correctly positioned.

Interestingly, it self-corrected as randomly as it started. No idea what the issue was or how it was resolved!

Is the issue you have is that you are unable to hear audio from the camera’s microphone when live viewing?

The only way I can get the ‘X’ beside the speaker icon is to reduce the iPhone’s volume control to zero.
