Arlo pro 2 - help with granting access

How do you add someone to view your camera’s I followed the instructions and it never added the person.

You're using Settings, Grant Access, right? You're able to send the request successfully? Is the other person receiving the email? What email provider does that person use since there have been issues with some providers blocking Arlo emails? If the email is received, is the person following the direction exactly?

Another person in the house created their own account through the app but then I found out how to Grant access through my app so I sent the email and told them to uninstall the app and start over. When they clicked on the grant Access Link email and tried logging in it keeps saying account already exists.
