Arlo pro 2 is not recording

I recent purchase the Arlo pro 2 camera as of today it is not recording, it shows the live feed. I restarted the base station and still not recording.

Verify that after ARMING the camera, ( on live view screen ) that the motion detect icon ( ball/lines or running man ) is BLACK... if gray then the mode has an issue and will not record motion.

@TomMac It is gray, I guess go home and re-sync or remove the battery place the battery back in the camera

More like the base than camera...

disarm the cameras, the power button reboot the base ( off then on ) ...let it finish and the rearm the cameras...check if icon is black

you may have to remove the camera ( remove device) and then bring it back to rebuild the Armed mode
