The Arlo portal seems not to be responding. Username and password are correct. I click login but nothing happens. no error message or anything. I get the same using Chrome and Firefox. Am running Windows 10 home. I have successfully logged on a few weeks back

It's been working here. Is it still having an issue? WHat Internet security software are you using? Kaspersky has been problematic where you have to whitelist arlo.com. Also, if using a VPN, turn that off.

Just paused Kaspersky and you're right, portal goes on from the login. I thought that I added the my arlo site as an exclusion, but clearly not.
I'll liase with the Kaspersky guys and see what mask I need to add etc
