The app keeps saying i have a video in the library but nothing is there, there seems to be latency in playback between the video and audio when playing back from the library and occasionally it says there’s a video and i can’t access it or live stream. This is a severe security issue, what’s the fix?

Have you tried to reboot your base station or remove & reinstall the Arlo app?
