Hi, I have the above system. I recently bought an Arlo door bell and chime. It worked ok but then developed a fault so I had to remove the device.
This seems to have caused my base station and my cameras to go offline and I can't get them back on.
I have 3 green lights on my base station indicating that all is well. I've powered off both the main router and the base station to no avail. I've gone through all the 'need help' suggestions, which are mainly aimed at fault finding the green lights, as i have 3 green lights including an internet connection these are of no use.
Any suggestions gratefully received.
regards Al

One thing you could try is removing the base and cameras from the account, and then resetting the base with a paperclip. Then onboard everything again.

Thanks that worked, not sure why removing a doorbell should cause it though. Thanks Al
