I have 2 single camera subscription plan - paid.   But I can only view the recording of 1 camera only.   I login the my.arlo.com and can only view my profile and subscription plan.   And I cannot control or change the cameras setting.

Are you using a mobile browser (phone or tablet)?

You need to use a PC to see the cameras in your browser.

Can you livestream the problem camera?

If you can, try making a manual recording while livestreaming and see if it shows up in your feed.

Thanks.  I can view all cameras with PC browser now.   But how can I update the 2 camera linking with my 2 paid single camera subscription plan.  The web page setting has been changed and I cannot locate.

Try clicking on the profile option in the upper left.  Then choose the Location (likely "home") and then Plans.

I can only locate the profile of my account setting.  Screenshot 2024-12-12 145329.png

What do you see when you click on subscription in the lower right?

I only see a single 1 camera plan but since I don't use those perhaps there's something I don't understand. If, in reality, you only have a one single camera plan that would likely be the issue.
