Hi, I purchase an additional camera for the Arlo Pro 2 but realized the camera was Arlo Essential camera. I can see live action but doesn’t show in the library. Is the camera the problem not showing in the library or something else?

The arlo 7days free cloud storage feature ended after the pro2 camera series.
All model cameras after requires a subscription plan for cloud recordings, customer support ends post warranty. Some countries offer a trial period which should begin when the camera is first activated in an account.

Not quite. Support continues after warranty if you have a subscription. But it doesn't include replacement of hardware (which does require that the warranty still be in place).
