My Arlo Pro2 will no longer charge.

My Arlo Pro2 will no longer charge.  Neither camera.  I have tried multiple combinations of batteries, charging blocks, and cables (including buying a new battery) and nothing works.  The customer service chat is useless and evidently you now have to pay to speak to a live agent.  Glad I spent $300 on this system.
