Library not recording. I have tried rebooting and making sure the camera is armed. Thought that the seven day library cloud was forever

Are you able to make a manual recording?

No there is no icon to manual record. Also if i go to mode, rules, if motion is detected then do, the record video is greyed out

Start by removing and resyncing the camera.

This is with a Pro 2?  Normally this would mean that the camera has no subscription.  But the Pro 2 should have the 7-day cloud recording w/o a subscription.

Do you have only pro 2 cameras, or do you have another newer Arlo device?

I have 4 pro2s and a doorbell. When I removed the doorbell the cameras started recording to the library again.

As a test, if you have a newer Arlo device try removing it, reboot your base and test the pro2 cameras.

FWIW, my pro 2s are recording (with a doorbell in the same account).  But my pro 2s are covered by a subscription.
