I have 3 cameras. When I first purchased, all three cameras synced up and worked perfectly. About a month into use they all stopped working. I could see the cameras in the app but they wouldn't show live or recorded video. I was able to simply get 2 cameras working but the third won't show in the app anymore.
I have gone through the "add a device" set up many times and the camera flashes the blue light indicating it is syncing up to base station successfully. However, I can never see the camera in the app or online.
Suggestions?

Try rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app. ALso try a computer web browser. Does the camera appear in Settings, My Devices?
