Timeline won’t load in app

When I try to load the timeline in the iPhone app it keeps saying “request timed out”. I can load the timeline just fine on the other cameras.

Is this with CVR?  May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest any prior methods you have previously performed.

Yes, this is with CVR. I have tried turning the camera on/off as well as the base station, both to no avail.
