Hello All,
My night vision infrared lights are no longer illuminating on one of my Pro 2 cameras. I have already tried reseting the camera by opening the battery compartment, removing the battery and reinserting but still have the problem. Additionally I have removed the device from the base station and reinstalled with no result. Night vision is enabled for the camera in the app. Any other suggestions? I've only had these for 10 months so they should still be under warranty.

If camera is in service, toggle the night vison on and off a few times ( save each time )
test in a dark room, you should see the leds around the lens , glow slightly red .
If NG, contact support for possible warranty
