Arlo Pro 2 camera is plugged in along with a paid subscription should record 24/7. but timing out?

I was led to belive that a Arlo Pro 2 camera that is plugged in along with a paid suscrption should record 24/7. My system is timing out at 30 minutes. What settings need to be changed? Or any solution would be great.

Not just a normal paid account level, but you must add in the separate CVR option.

then it will record 24/7.   ( go to live view and click on clock icon ( in web ))

timing out at 30 mins is normal without cvr option
