We've used the same seven Arlo Pro 2 cameras and an Arlo VMB4000 base station for several years and, until we completed a cross-country move last year, they all connected to our Apple Homekit without fail. However, when I installed the cameras and base station in our new home last spring, the VMB4000 base station failed to connect to Homekit, and therefore, the cameras can't connect to Homekit. I've tried everything in the months since then. I've performed a factory reset on all seven Arlo Pro 2 cameras as wel as the Arlo VMB4000 base station. I've also performed every type of reset that exists for these devices, but still no luck. As directed by the many support articles on this topic, I've tried to connect by going to Settings>My Devices>Base>Homekit Set Up> but it never advances beyond "Discovering your device. Please wait." The firmware is up to date. The cameras all function as expected. But they just won't connect to the Homekit. Based on the discussions I've read here, it would appear that I need Arlo to send a "token request" to my Arlo VMB4000 base station. Is this the best way to request that? Thank You.

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions: How do I connect my Arlo camera to Apple HomeKit?

And I pay for the 30-day cloud. Why am I not surprised?

That is the next step. All you really need to do is ask for it here - ideally putting the request in both the title, and the post text, and also tagging the mods ( @JamesC and @ShayneS )
Since you have a subscription, you can also call support (using the phone support option in the app).
