Arlo Pro 2 Only Records For A Single Second

As of two days ago my arlo pro 2 cameras (5) are only recording for 0-4s worth of footage even though they are set to record for the 120s. Multiple resets of the base station and it wont correct it. Cameras arent any good to me only recording 0-4s of motion. Any ideas on what the problem is? I notice Arlo dont have a support email address.

Firmware 1.125.11.0_21156
Arlo Pro 2 x 5
1 on AC and the rest on battery with 2 connected to the solar panels
Motion notification comes through to the phone but footage is only a few seconds and when trying to view live it keeps saying connection fail when there is nothing wrong with the internet connection of bluetooth.
