I installed two of these cameras yesterday .They seem to work fine till this morning. Now one of them won't be activated by motion nor is night vision working! I can watch the video in real time through the app. but motion will not trigger it to notify me or start recording! Night vision is non existant1 All i see are two fine, distant points of light which are a couple of decorative solar lights!

Would appreciate some trouble shooting suggestion, please!

Thanks

First thing is to ARM the cameras and verify the 'running man' is black and not gray.

If gray motion detect is disabled.

You can check the status on the live view screen above each camera on left

If they or one is gray , then your mode is either off or somehow changed.

The cameras are armed. Night vision box checked. Too.
No idea what you mean by “ running man in Black not gray” etc. The settings options don’t show any options for configuring that.
Just video, audio , motion test etc.
If you could be a more specific in how to go about it , please?
Thanks

On the main "Devices" tab on the app, look at your cameras. Go to camera you want. You'll see several icons under the name of the camera. The grey ones are disabled, the black ones are enabled. That's what they are talking about.
