Just purchased this surveillance camera and downloaded the App to my iPhone. My husband did as well. When I view the videos the icons at the bottom of the screen are dimmed, specifically the ones that would allow me to delete videos. On my husband’s iPhone, all of the icons are activated. How can I activate the dimmed icons on my device?

Are you the primary account holder or the "shared" account...
If primary, I would delete the app and reinstall it on your phone.
If a granted access user, then the primary holder must toggle on admin privileges for each camera you share
Morse is faster than texting!

Hi Tom,
My husband is the primary account holder. I’ll ask him to follow your instructions. Hopefully that we resolve the issue.
Thank you for responding to my question.

I would strongly suggest never deleting videos. There have been too many instances of folks doing so and then needing them back which is impossible. There's no space limitation (in spite of the documentation still stating that there is) so there's no real need to delete.
Getting the app to work properly is a different issue.

Hi Tom,
Your suggestion worked. I now have administrative rights.
Thank you!
