why android phone do not have microphones and record live function?
But iphone have.

Which version of the Arlo app? What hardware?

 

I have both features here with Pro 2 and 2.5.3_22376

Those features work on my Samsung Galaxy A5.

 

Maybe you need to reconfigure the app.
