Arlo Pro 2 Camera won’t be found to “add new device”

Picked up a Arlo Pro 2 camera secondhand, but I am having trouble adding this device to the app. Everytime I try to sync it to the app, it is unable to be found. Anybody found a solution to troubleshooting this issue?
