Arlo Pro 2 only sending motion detections

Hi

Since yesterday all my 4 Arlo Pro 2 cameras stopped recording images.

I noticed that only motion detection is working.

Any hint to solve this problem?

A quick search here would show you multiple posts like this. The fastest solution is to remove all devices from your account and add them back, starting with the base, as if new. A PITA, yes, but it should help.

Yes because I'm not on site.

Unfortunately I'll be back only in September.

Until there I won't be able to see any images.
At least I can receive motion detection notifications.
In almost seven years this is the first time my cameras fail somehow.

Is there someone else who has access? There was a comment a while ago that suggested removing one camera from the account and adding it back in helped. You could remove the camera remotely and that other person could use the base and cameras sync buttons to reconnect it (just have them not to hold the base sync button, just briefly press it).

 

No guarantees...
