2 part question regarding CVR

1 - If I signup and cancel after couple weeks cause I am not satisifed, do I get pro-rated credit for unused portion of time?

2 - If I have CVR and a USB stick on the base, does it record anything or everything to the USB ?

1) I believe so, but not 100% sure... good question.  Other plans have a montly option not sure if CVR does too

2) Only TRIGGERED event go to the USB ,  the CVR does not... CVR is cloud based only
