How do I enable the 3 second lookback feature? The support documents say that the camera needs to be plugged in. That doesn't work. I even tried with the battery in and out. I called Support and they said I need to subscribe to the CVR plan. That's not what the documents say.

Yes, it has to be plugged into AC power (solar panel won't work). No, CVR is not needed (unless that's recently changed without notice). How do you know you're not getting the 3 seconds? Maybe it just appears to not have it but motion detection can't happen when you think it should.
