Have you tried making a manual recording to see if it shows up in the library of the app.

I have not. I am away from the location of the cameras.

I know there was a delivery today that did not show up. One of the cameras usually records 20 or more events daily.

You can make a manual recording remotely, live stream the camera and select the record button on the displayed live view. Select the record button again to stop recording and it should appear in the library.
This will confirm that the arlo cloud storage is still functional.

It is possible that the motion detection on the cameras has been disabled internally, a camera reset usually fixes this by pulling the battery for 10sec.

There is a way to confirm that the camera has lost motion detection, remotely if you have someone to walk in front of the camera.
In the arlo app select the camera settings menu, use the camera utility to test motion detection and observe the cameras front led illumination to Amber.
