Don't see my old Arlo systems' new granted accesses in my brand new Arlo account.

I just signed up for a brand new Arlo account. Wow, it looks very different in both iOS app and web site compared to my old original Arlo and Pro 2 accounts (2015 and 2018).
Anyways, I granted and accepted both of the old Arlo systems' accesses for this brand new account. However, these old Arlo systems do not show up in the new Arlo account after granting access. What's wrong? 😞

Are the old accounts still showing "Library"? If they are, you need to migrate them to "Feed". The hack which does that is to go into "Add Device" and start to add a Pro 5s camera. That will fail, since you don't have one. But before that happens the workflow will migrate the account to "Feed".
There is no way to migrate back though.

Yes, the old accounts have Library. Hmm, I'm scared to migrate over to the new design because it might be worse than the old one. 😕 Is Arlo going to force all old accounts to the new redesign soon?

No idea when that will happen, but they will end up migrating old accounts at some point.

Thank you for the quick answers. I will wait then until I'm forced to migrate. Arlo's QA is really bad these days. 😞 Maybe by that forced migration, I will be something else not Arlo.
