Arlo Cloud Storage Paid Plan Only Keeping 29 Days.

Today I went to access data from 30ndays ago and was disappointed to find it had already been deleted. I teiple checked the number of days, and yesterday I was just getting day 29. I find it unacceptable that the "30 day" plan does not get me genuine access to content 30 days ago. On 1/8, I was attempting to access data from 12/10, which should have still been present.

A note that anything thing important or may be important should be d/l'ed to local computer / phone

Also speed sticks are cheap and one shold be used as a backup drive in the USB ports... 32GB will cover a longer time and they can be reviewed if needed

Not if it isn't there anymore and not if they're remote. I know these things. Not really the issue here.
