Dear Arlo user,

My base station appears to offline since yesterday and I try rebooting and rebooting, nothing comes up, the network light is Amber but I am pretty sure that the router is doing good(Orbi), I would reset it tonight after work, that’s bad.

If the Orbi has internet, try a different ethernet cable to the base station

The amber Internet LED means the base can't communicate with the servers but is connected to the router. Try rebooting the router. Verify that you didn't make a security setting on the router that could block traffic to the Arlo servers. What ISP do you have? They may be blocking the servers for some reason.

Nope, it get back online once I reset it, there is nothing to do with the isp or router.
