When I open the app to enable the alarm, the cameras appear offline but if I try to select a camera and press play button I can see it without issue. 
This issue is present on both Arlo Pro 2 cameras and also on the VMC3050r6 camera.
I've already tried to turn off and on the system without solutions.

Can you try removing and reinstalling the Arlo app?

I can try but the problem We have this issue on 3 different devices and 3 different accounts!

We tried to uninstall and install the app from scratch on two different iphone but we still have the issue: we can play Cameras but we cannot activate the alarm because the system is offline! 
please help us

It's been suggested on here that removing and re-adding cameras helped some users. You could try with one to see if you're successful.

Are you using a "Friend" account?
If so, there is a bug here that Arlo is still investigating. The only workaround right now is to use the primary account when you log in.
