Adding 2nd Arlo base station to satellite

Have Arlo Pro 2 camera set up and want to know if I can add another base station to my out door satellite. Then have two of my Arlo Pro 2 cameras linked to that base station. Or is there a better way to add camera that are farther away from my base station

That's certainly possible as long as you don't swamp your satellite upload connection (satellite Internet frequently has very limited upload speeds). As long as the second base can be connected via Ethernet cable to  your router or an extender it should work fine within any speed constraints.
